Refund Policy

Coffee: 
Because all our coffee is roasted to order for peak freshness upon arrival and enjoyment, once ordered and shipped we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if there is a potential issue with your order that originated on our end, please let us know ASAP so it can be officially researched, addressed, and corrected if necessary. 

Disclaimer: All quality issues or order errors must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Apparel/Merch: 
Unworn apparel and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are unused and with their original packaging. Please contact us for instruction on returning and getting a refund on all apparel and other merchandise.
